MANUAL CONFIGURATION OF THE DELL BROADBAND UTILITY:
(incorrect # on the device properties)

1. Open the Dell Mobile Broadband Utility
2. Hold down the Shift key
3. Type ##MANACT
4. For verizon, activation code is 000000
5. Type in the mobile # of customer on the fields for the # & the other one below that.
6. Make sure that the correct # shows up when you check the utility
